The purpose of the project is to improve business through the introduction of Industry 4.0 solutions into the production process and digital solutions that will transform the company's business processes.
The strategic goals of the implementation of the project in question are 1) automation of the tea production process and 2) digitalization of business processes.
The key results of the implementation of the project in question are 1) increased production capacities by purchasing new production equipment and improving the existing production plant systems, 2) building new storage capacities for storing teas, 3) digitized business processes of the company.
Achieving the previous results will enable an increase in the productivity and competitiveness of the company, i.e. all of the above will contribute to the goal of modernizing production and digital transformation of business, improving the quality and traceability of products, increasing operational efficiency and productivity, improving inventory and warehouse management, increasing business agility and flexibility, and ultimately strengthening the company's competitiveness in the market.
